On and on, life's a flow
You've been on it before
Where'd you come, where you go
When you gonna get back?
When the lights turn on ahead
Don't turn and run, instead
You know you gotta get things done.

And you're so bold, and you don't fold
And life's been something that you never thought it would.
I've been told, you can't control,
Don't worry bout what you coulda shoulda been.

When your life's on the scene
Living fast like a dream
Where'd you come, where you go
When you gonna get back?
When you're lost in your head
Oh you might end up dead
The you know you gotta straighten up.

And you're not gold, you're getting old
And life's been going like you never thought it would.
Do your best, to get some rest
Stop circle thinking that the world is cold.

You coulda shoulda been a rocket man, the earth in your hands,
A world traveler, discovering enchanted lands,
A deep sea diver, swimming with creature small and grand,
So many things you coulda done,
So many ways to have some fun.
You coulda shoulda been a shining star, your name in lights,
Touring the world for free, selling out shows every night;
A pro photographer, every image shot just right.
It's not too late to make a change,
Get out and live your life.

Oh, gather round my friends
Cause today's a day to play some games you never played before.
Well just kick off your shoes and sock and wiggle your toes.
And then bend back, give yourself slack, touch the ground to your nose, 
You know...

Stop hesitating, get out and live hard!
Don't be frustrated
Keep on playing, you're still a kid at heart!

Oh, run with me my friends
Cause today's a day to laugh and play in whole new ways because you're
Alive, wiggle and jive, feel your heart beating.
And then, deep breath, give it a rest, then do it all again,
Again...

Stop hesitating, get out and live hard!

HEAD UP

Head up, gaize out
Stop your blinking.
Open, take in
Quiet your thinking.
Awake, senses
Separatism shrinking.
Floating on high
No need for sinking.

Down and out, you told me so
Don't got no where good to go
Your couch has grown accustomed to your skin.
Kicking rocks, drag your feet
As if you've had no food to eat
180 turn, you need it for a win.

Raise your head
Keep movin
Don't get down
Keep groovin


TALK LIKE

You have not seen my mind, my heart, my soul
You have not felt my tongue, my lips, my breath
You have not heard my song, my words, my laughter
You have not seen my mind, my heart, my soul. 

So why do you like like you have?
Why do you talk like you know?
Why do you talk like you've been there before?
Why do you talk like you know?

LESSON ON LETTING GO

Wake up, wide eyes.
Everyday roll the dice.
You wanna die sometimes.
One easy step.
Fly, fly... fall to forget.
Fall to forget.
Oh, have you noticed what goes on?
Eventually you lose your job, your home, your friends, your love, your health, your soul...
But just let them go.

Your soul arrives to the earth.
Grows and thrives every day.
And everyday you learn something new.
But with all growth comes decay
So at some point, you know you're gonna lose.
You're gonna lose.
But once this simple life lesson is learned
You'll love with your whole heart, appreciate each moment more because you know...
You have to let them go.

Attachment at its worse.
Think you deserve the whole world.
Go through life trying to gain.
Often forget, all that is gained
At some point has to go away
It all has to go away.
But oh, life is still so beautiful.
Close your eyes and think and breath and look within, you'll see...
All life is a lesson on letting go.

Excuse me my friend, stop hating on yourself!
Didn't someone tell you that is bad for your health?
Wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a hug.
No one's gonna treat you right if you don't have self love.

You got something special
Yes, you do.

Don't cry, just look in your eyes
You deserve happiness, it's time to realize.
But ultimate happiness can't come from someone else.
You have to look within and find the bliss within yourself.

Don't try to rush or grow impatient, just believe.
Wisdom, growth, and healing take some time to achieve. 
But one day soon you'll feel something flowing through your veins.
You learned how to love yourself, now let me hear you say...

Yes, you do.

I'm just being me
It's not an act of stubbornness.
It just is
Truth
I am me.
And me is always fluctuating, as are all of you.
Accept and understand it is all you can do, cause
